A. We're located in Stourbridge, West Midlands. We deal with customers nationwide.

Q. Can you sell and deliver vehicles nationally?
A. Yes, we have a team of drivers who can deliver your vehicle to you, wherever you may be (delivery charges may apply).

Q. How does the buying process work?
A. Contact us by phone or e-mail and we will offer you a range of available vehicles at the lowest prices. We have access to 1000's of nearly new Vauxhalls should you not be able to find your ideal car.

Q. Do the cars come with a warranty?
A. Yes, our warranty is free and offers piece of mind. It covers you against unexpected repair bills. Your car will normally carry the balance of the manufacturers warranty.

Q. Who will service and maintain my car after delivery?

Q. Will I have to leave a deposit?
A. Deposits vary and the amount required will depend on the method of payment.

Q. How can I pay for my car?
A. We accept payment by debit card on collection or delivery of the vehicle. Personal cheques, bankers draft or building society cheque are accepted, but we do need prior clearance of the appropriate funds. Alternatively, as a Licensed Credit Broker we have credit lines available with a number of finance companies so, financing your car is easy with usedvaux.co.uk.

Q. Are all cars held in stock?
A. Yes, all cars advertised are located in group stock. Although we can access a larger selection of Vauxhall's should you not find your ideal car.

Q. How often is the website updated?
A. Daily, check back regularly.

Q. Can I part-exchange my existing vehicle?
A. Yes, please discuss this with one of our sales executives.

Q. Do you sell imported or non-UK specification cars?
A. No, all our Vauxhall vehicles are registered in the UK and from UK origin. We HPI and mileage check all our cars prior to offering them for sale.

Once a car has been selected we spend over 2 hours giving it a thorough valet.
Our inspection process includes a 50 point mechanical inspection.
